I'm not a big fan of horses but I am of animals and so when I heard that a famous horse called Hickstead had died recently I was saddened. From what I understand his death was caught on video. In fact, you can search for 'Hickstead death video' to see what happened to him. They warn you that it is graphic.
I prefer not to see it myself. But it did inspire me to do some research on horses and I came across a company out of Canada that puts on big productions with horses and it features trick riding and vaulting. It's called Cavalia. Now that sounds kinda cool. RIP Hickstead and I wish you luck Eric Lamaze as you deal with your loss.
